Our buildings are designed to your specifications then completely assembled on-site by professional and courteous installers. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality construction and this proven process allows us to keep that high standard. Please allow us the opportunity to build a building for you.

Owners Responsibility

Although we include a lot of features, there are a few things the owner is still responsible for on their end. These are the customer's responsibility and must be done prior to arrival

  • Painting, Staining or Caulking (within 60 days)
          *Fairway offers a painting service if interested
  • Leveling of building beyond 16"
  • We do No Excavating
  • Building Permits, Zoning or Covenant searches or HOA Permits
  • Fairway can advise on what permits are required for your size building

Our Warranties

2-Year Warranty (no charge)

Our 2-year warranty covers materials and workmanship not up to our standards as seen in comparison with our models on display at dealers or shows. Because we use building materials and methods that ensure quality product for you. We have and we’ll go to great measure to assure your satisfaction. With normal maintenance, your building will easily last a lifetime. In order to achieve this, you must paint, caulk, and keep vegetation from growing around the edges of the building, which would cut off ventilation. Fairway Lawn Buildings, Inc. cannot be held responsible for acts of God, or abuse through neglect or vandalism. Rotting is a direct result of negligence or improper painting and caulking and is not covered under warranty through Fairway. We also reserve the right to replace or repair any part of the building not up to our standards. The 2-year warranty is valid with a copy of your invoice. A professional quality paint job is required.
